Leasing & Operations Director
Angelo Formisano brings more than 40 years of leadership, sales, and operations experience to Fletcher Storage, where he oversees leasing and daily operations while delivering a concierge level experience for clients storing automobiles, wine collections, and personal and business assets.
His career includes two decades with Verizon Telecommunications, leadership roles in automotive sales management, and facilities and operations leadership within the Ridgefield, Connecticut school community. Widely known throughout Fairfield County as a coach and mentor, Angelo has spent more than 30 years building strong community relationships through sports leadership and youth development.
Known for his energy, integrity, and customer first mindset, Angelo is committed to creating trust and delivering a premium storage experience where clients know their valued possessions are secure and professionally cared for.
A proud father of three accomplished daughters, Angelo brings the same dedication to family, community, and service into every professional relationship he builds.
Director of Leasing and Operations
John Ahern serves as Director of Leasing and Operations at Fletcher Storage, where he leads strategy, tenant experience, and operational excellence for the region’s most innovative self-storage facility.
He brings more than 35 years of professional experience spanning capital markets, commercial real estate technology, and business development. Over the past decade, he has driven sales growth and operational performance for several commercial real estate SaaS startups, leveraging his leadership and go-to-market expertise to scale emerging platforms. Prior to that, John spent 25 years in the capital markets sector, holding key roles at GE Capital and Commercial Defeasance, in project management, sales, and business development.
John is committed to ensuring Fletcher Storage provides a truly elevated customer experience where clients can expect personalized service, rigorous security protocols and peace of mind that their valued assets are in trusted hands.
Deeply rooted in the Ridgefield community for more than 20 years where he has raised his 3 children together with his wife Diane, John has been active in coaching youth baseball and basketball and currently volunteers in several community programs through St. Mary’s Parish and the Knights of Columbus.
